Our Story

A Polish deli

where it came from

Kopernik Polish Deli was born from a simple conviction: that the food your grandmother made wasn't just dinner — it was an act of love, and it deserved to be taken seriously.

Located on Rockaway Beach Boulevard, we bring the traditions of Polish delicatessen to Queens. Every sausage is hand-stuffed. Every pierogi is folded by hand. Every batch of dill pickles is given the time it needs.

We aren't trying to reinvent Polish food. We're trying to honor it — with the same care, stubbornness, and pride that went into every kitchen in Poland for generations before us.

We work with local farms and trusted importers who share our standard. If the ingredient doesn't meet our bar, it doesn't enter our kitchen.
